What you get

Running the business on facts, not feel

The number that matters, first

Money collected this month in shillings and dollars, next to last month, at the top of the screen. Everything else on the page exists to explain that one figure.

Find out what is actually selling

The product you talk about most is often not the one paying the rent. Ranked revenue by product settles that argument in about four seconds.

Watch the list grow, or not

New contacts per week, and where they came from. A flat line here explains a quiet month two months before the bank balance does.

Export it when someone asks

A loan application, a partner's report, an accountant at year end. Send the Excel file instead of spending an evening rebuilding the year from receipts.

How it works

Reading your own numbers

  1. It is already counting

Orders, contacts, page visits and email results are recorded as they happen. There is no tracking code to paste in and nothing to switch on first.

  2. Pick the period

This month, last month, this quarter, or any range you type. Seasonal businesses usually compare against the same month last year instead.

  3. Follow the money backwards

From revenue to the products behind it, then to the campaigns and links that brought those buyers in. Three clicks from the total to the cause.

  4. Export or share

Download to Excel for whoever needs it, or give a team member a login that shows the dashboard without exposing everything else.

In practice

Numbers people check on Monday morning

  • A restaurant

Compares pre-orders week to week before deciding what to buy.

  • An online shop

Spots that two products make most of the revenue and stocks accordingly.

  • A training institute

Reads enrolment and fee income term over term in one view.

Questions

Analytics, answered

The things people ask us before they move their business across.

  • Most people here do not. This shows revenue and customers rather than sessions and bounce rates, which is the question a small business is actually asking. If you run heavy paid advertising, keep both.

  • Only if you record them. You can enter an offline order manually against a contact, which keeps the revenue figure honest and keeps that customer's history complete.

  • Yes. Orders carry the source that led to them, so a campaign, a funnel or a short link can be traced through to the money it produced rather than just the clicks it got.

  • Any view can be exported to Excel or CSV — revenue by period, orders, contacts, campaign results. Nothing is trapped inside a chart you can only look at.

  • On plans with role controls, yes. Give them a login limited to orders and reporting, so they can do the books without browsing your contact list or sending campaigns.
