Every deal you are chasing, on one board
Drag a deal from first message to money received. Nothing sits forgotten at the bottom of a WhatsApp thread, and you can see the value of everything in play without adding it up in your head.

Why a board beats a good memory
See the whole month in one glance
Columns for the stages you actually use, cards for the deals inside them. Ten seconds tells you whether this month is quiet or whether you are about to be very busy.
Know what the pipeline is worth
Every card carries an amount, so each column adds itself up. Two proposals at UGX 3,400,000 each read very differently from eleven enquiries worth UGX 90,000.
Nothing goes cold by accident
A deal that has not moved in a week is visible instead of forgotten. The follow-up you meant to send on Thursday is on the board on Friday, still asking to be sent.
Everyone knows whose deal it is
Assign an owner and a next step to each card. When two people are selling, nobody double-calls the same client and nobody assumes the other one handled it.
Setting the board up
Name your stages
Use the words your business already uses — enquiry, site visit, quote sent, deposit paid. The board should read like your process, not a textbook's.
Add the deal
Create a card from a contact, or let a form or booking open one for you. Put the amount on it even if the amount is a guess for now.
Move it as reality moves
Drag the card along as things progress. The date it entered each stage is recorded, so you learn where deals genuinely get stuck.
Mark it won
A won deal can create the order, tag the contact and start the welcome sequence, which means the handover from selling to delivering happens by itself.
Not sure where to start? Tell us what you sell and we'll set this up with you during onboarding.
Sales that need a board, not a memory
A solar installer
Site visit, quote, deposit, installation — four stages, no lost quotes.
An event photographer
Tracks enquiries for dates six months out without a paper diary.
A school selling term places
Watches applications move from enquiry to fees paid before intake.
CRM Pipeline, answered
The things people ask us before they move their business across.
WhatsApp is where the conversation happens; it is a terrible place to keep score. The board holds the amount, the stage, the owner and the next step, so the deal survives being buried under forty newer chats.
Yes. Businesses that sell two very different things — say wholesale orders and one-off training — usually keep a board for each, because the stages have nothing in common.
It can. Marking a deal won is one of the events automation listens for, so it can raise the order, tag the contact as a customer and trigger the first onboarding email in the same moment.
On the plans with role controls, yes. Each person can be limited to the deals assigned to them, which keeps commission conversations simple and your full pipeline private.
Then you probably do not need this module, and that is fine — a shop selling airtime is not running a pipeline. It earns its place when a sale takes several conversations over several days.
It does not work alone
Every module shares one database, so these three are already part of the same story.
