What you get

What one tidy list is actually worth

One person, one record

Somebody who downloads your guide in March, books a call in April and buys in June is a single contact — not three rows in three places that you never join back together.

Your spreadsheet, finally searchable

Upload the CSV or Excel file you have been keeping and line your columns up with the right fields. The list you kept out of habit becomes something you can actually sell to.

Tags and stages that mean something

Mark someone as a lead, a customer or a past client. Tag by interest, by town, by the product they bought — then write to exactly that group instead of everyone at once.

A score that shows you who is warm

Opens, clicks, bookings and purchases nudge a contact's score upward, so the handful of people worth calling this morning rise to the top on their own.

How it works

Getting your people into one place

  1. Bring across what you already have

Import your existing list from a spreadsheet, or hand it to us during setup if the columns are messy and we will tidy it up with you.

  2. Let your forms do the collecting

Contact forms, guide downloads, checkouts and bookings all create or update a contact automatically. Nobody has to be typed in twice.

  3. Organise as you go

Add a tag when you learn something new about a person, and move them along the lifecycle stages as they get closer to buying.

  4. Do something with the list

Send a campaign to one segment, start an automation, or open a contact and read the whole story before you pick up the phone.

In practice

Who this quietly saves

  • A gym in Ntinda

Sees which members lapsed last month and calls that list, not all 400.

  • A community organisation

Keeps donors, volunteers and beneficiaries apart without three systems.

  • A boutique owner

Knows who bought the last two collections before the new stock lands.

Questions

Contacts, answered

The things people ask us before they move their business across.

  • Starter holds 5,000, Pro holds 25,000 and Scale holds 100,000. Most small businesses spend years inside the first band, and moving up a plan is a one-click change when the list outgrows it.

  • Contacts are matched on email address, so the second signup updates the record that already exists instead of making a duplicate. If two records really are the same person under different addresses, you can merge them.

  • Yes. Open a contact and you get their orders, bookings, course progress, downloads, the campaigns they opened and the notes your team added — in date order, on one screen.

  • At any time. Export the whole list or any segment of it to CSV or Excel from inside the admin. The database is yours, and nothing about leaving requires our permission.

  • On the higher plans, yes. You can let an assistant work through follow-ups without giving them sight of revenue, or limit a salesperson to the contacts assigned to them.
